护理干预在预防精神患者消化道溃疡中的应用

摘要

Objective To observe and to explore the nursing intervention in preventing peptic ulcer, the application of mental patients improve the level of clinical nursing. Methods In clinic in our hospital 72 cases of patients with psychosis, randomly divided into observation group and control group 36 cases, control group given routine nursing care, observation group was given nursing intervention measures, to compare two groups the incidence of peptic ulcer. Results The control group patients in the digestive tract ulcer 9 cases, the incidence was 25%. Observation group of patients with peptic ulcer occurred in 2 cases, the incidence was 5.6%, comparing the two groups statistically signiifcant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively reduce the mental patient of peptic ulcer, beneifcial to the patient's rehabilitation, should be used widely in psychiatric care.%目的：观察和探讨护理干预在预防精神患者消化道溃疡中的应用，提高临床护理水平。方法入选就诊于我院的精神病患者72例，随机平均分为观察组和对照组各36例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予护理干预措施，比较两组消化道溃疡的发生率。结果对照组患者发生消化道溃疡9例，发生率为25%。观察组患者消化道溃疡发生2例，发生率为5.6%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论护理干预措施能够有效降低精神患者消化道溃疡的发生，有利于患者的康复，应在精神科护理中推广使用。
