基于情景模拟方式下传染科临床护理带教的研究与探讨

         

摘要

Objective To study the paper based on the simulation mode infectious department clinical nursing teaching. Methods 50 undergraduate course room intern nurse were selected from January 2013 to December in our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 25 cases of each meter. The control group used the traditional clinical nursing teaching mode on nursing guidance, observation group based on clinical nursing instruction in the form of scene simulation are two groups of clinical skills in the late operation ability and specialized theory examination scores for comparative analysis. Results Observation group in the clinical skills operation ability and specialized theoretical examination results were better than control group with significant difference ( P<0.05 ) . Conclusion The scenario simulation method in the infectious department has very good effect in clinical nursing teaching, to a certain extent can promote use.%目的:研究探讨基于情景模拟方式下传染科临床护理带教相关问题。方法选取了2013年1月~12月在本科室实习的护士人员,共50名。随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组各25例。其中对照组运用传统的临床护理带教模式进行护理上的指导,观察组运用基于情景模拟方式进行临床护理指导,就两组后期的临床技能操作能力以及专科理论考核成绩进行比较分析。结果观察组在临床技能操作能力以及专科理论考核成绩均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异显著。结论情景模拟方式在传染科临床护理带教中具有非常好的效果,在一定程度上可以推广运用。
