埃索美拉唑在应激性溃疡出血治疗中的应用体会

摘要

Objective Clinical effect of esomeprazole medication in treatment of stress ulcer bleeding is to be studied and then summarize treatment experience. Methods Choose 44 patients of stress ulcer bleeding who are treated in hospital from February 2014 to December 2014 and separate them into two groups at random. Patients in control group are given pantoprazole injection therapy in addition to conventional treatment, while patients in study group are given esomeprazole medication treatment in addition to conventional treatment, and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results There is a comparison differential between patients in two groups in terms of their gastric acid, gastrin, somatostatin and treatment efifcacy, and such a differential has statistic value (P<0.05). Conclusion Esomeprazole medication is of efifcacy in treatment of stress ulcer bleeding, it is conducive to relieving clinical symptoms of stress ulcer bleeding rapidly, thus, such a medication treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinically.%目的：对埃索美拉唑治疗应激性溃疡出血的临床疗效进行研究，并总结治疗体会。方法选取于2014年2月～2014年12月期间在我院接受治疗的44例应激性溃疡出血患者随机分为两组，对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予泮托拉唑注射液治疗，治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予埃索美拉唑治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗组患者的胃酸、胃泌素、生长抑素以及治疗总有效率与对照组比较差异显著，治疗有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论埃索美拉唑治疗应激性溃疡出血具有十分显著的临床疗效，能快速改善应激性溃疡合并出血患者的临床症状。
