血标本采集法对细菌临床检验准确性的影响因素分析

摘要

目的：了解血标本采集法对细菌临床检验准确性的影响。方法选择2012年6月～2014年6月我院收治实施临床细菌检验患者360例，采用随机数字法将其平均分为观察组、对照组，分别采用不同的血标本采集方式，并对临床检验的合格率和阳性率进行比较分析。结果对照组标本污染率、病原菌检出率分别为13.3%和7.8%，观察组标本污染率、病原菌检出率分别为5.6%和13.3%。两组检验结果的差异显著（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论血标本采集方法在相当程度上决定着临床细菌检验的准确率，在实际操作时应熟练掌握正确采集方式和相关注意事项，以便为检验准确率的提升提供更多保障。%Objective To investigate the blood specimen collection method for bacteria in clinical inspection accuracy. Methods From June 2012 to June 2014, our hospital implementation of 360 patients with clinical bacteria, its average using the random number method divided into observation group and control group, respectively, using different ways of collecting blood samples, and the qualiifed rate and the positive rate of clinical test for comparative analysis. Results The rate of pollution control specimen, pathogen detection rate were 13.3% and 7.8% respectively, the observation group specimens pollution rate, pathogen detection rate were 5.6%and 13.3%respectively. Two groups of test results signiifcant difference (P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Blood specimen collection method in a great extent decides the accuracy of clinical bacteria inspection, when in actual operation, should master correct acquisition methods and related matters needing attention, so that to improve test accuracy to provide more protection.
