目的：研究并探讨血液标本的采集方式对细菌学检验结果准确性的影响。方法选取2016年6-8月在我院接受细菌学检验的150例患者作为研究对象，分别采用两种血液标本采集方式进行血液采集，将两种采集方式的检验结果设置为对照组、观察组，比较两组检验结果的病原菌分离阳性率以及污染率。结果观察组的病原菌分离阳性率高于对照组（P＜0.05），其污染率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论血液标本的采集方式会对细菌学检验结果的准确性产生影响，在血液采集时应严格按照采血规范操作，以提高细菌学检验的准确性。%Objective To study and explore the influence accuracy of blood samples collected on bacteriological examination results.Methods 150 cases of bacteriological examination patients in the hospital from June to August 2016 were selected as the research object, the blood collection by using two kinds of blood specimen collection, the result by two ways collected were set into the control group and the observation group, the positive rate and pollution rate in the results of pathogen test results were compared between two groups.Results The positive rate of the observation group was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the pollution rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The blood specimen collection method will affect the accuracy of the bacteriological examination results, in the blood collection blood should be strictly in accordance with the standard operation, in order to improve the accuracy of bacteriological examination.
