颈部动脉狭窄或梗阻解除的手术方法分析

ObjectiveTo investigate the occurrence of neck artery stenosis or obstruction surgery.Methods20 cases of patients with carotid artery stenosis or obstruction surgery to lift methods were analyzed. ResultsThe operation completed successfully, no postoperative deaths occurred.Conclusion Lift carotid and basilar artery occlusion or stenosis may take thromboendarterectomy with hardened plaque excision, after endarterectomy can indeed reduce the incidence of stroke.%目的：探讨颈部动脉发生狭窄或梗阻的手术治疗。方法对20例颈部动脉狭窄或梗阻患者手术解除方法资料进行分析。结果手术顺利完成，术后无死亡病例发生。结论解除颈动脉和基底动脉的阻塞或狭窄可采取血栓内膜与硬化斑切除术，经内膜切除术后确可减少卒中的发生率。
