心源性休克的临床治疗

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of cardiogenic shock.Methods55 cases of patients with cardiogenic shock in our hospital from September 2013 to May 2014 were selected in this study. The clinical data for treatment were analyzed.Results In the 55 cases of patients with cardiogenic shock, 34 cases were cured, 8 cases were improved, with 13 cases of death. The cure rate was 61.8% , and the mortality rate was 23.4%. ConclusionThe patients with cardiogenic shock have high mortality, with many different and complex causes. So they need early diagnosis and proper rescue treatment.%目的：探讨心源性休克的临床治疗方案。方法选取2013年9月～2014年5月在我院进行治疗的55例心源性休克患者的临床资料进行分析。结果55例心源性休克患者，治愈34例，好转8例，死亡13例，治愈率为61.8%，死亡率为23.4%。结论心源性休克病死率高，起因多而复杂，应进行早期诊断、正确实施抢救治疗。
