观察对比腔镜辅助小切口甲状腺手术与传统手术的有效性

ObjectiveTo compare the effect between the endoscopy assisted small incision thyroid surgery and the traditional surgery.Methods 64 cases of thyroid tumor operation patients in our hospital were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group A and B, who were given conventional operation and endoscope assisted small incision operation, respectively.ResultsThe total effect rate of group B was 93.76%, while the rate of group A was 62.50%.Conclusion The treatment effect of laparoscopic assisted small incision thyroid operation is better than the traditional operation.%目的：比较腔镜辅助小切口甲状腺手术与传统手术的临床效果。方法选取我院接受甲状腺肿块手术治疗的患者64例为研究对象，将其随机分为治疗A组和治疗B组，分别给予传统手术治疗和腔镜辅助小切口手术治疗。结果 B组的总有效率为93.76%，治疗A组总有效率为62.50%。结论腔镜辅助小切口甲状腺手术治疗效果明显优于传统手术。
