30例前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石的手术治疗体会

摘要

目的：探讨前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石的手术治疗效果。方法采用具备气压弹道碎石系统、超声碎石系统和负压吸引系统的气压弹道超声碎石机进行碎石，电切镜切除增生前列腺组织。结果术后QOL评分，IPSS评分，最大尿流率及残余尿量明显优于术前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论选用尿道前列腺汽化电切术和超声吸附联合气压弹道碎石技术治疗良性前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石具有肯定疗效。%Objective To investigate the effect of surgical treatment of prostatic hyperplasia combined bladder calculi.Methods Adoptting pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy system, ultrasonic lithotripsy system and negative pressure attraction system of air pressure ballistic ultrasonic crusher for gravel, cut hyperplasia of prostate by electricity mirror.Results Postoperative QOL scores, IPSS score, maximum urinary flow rate and residual urine volume were better than preoperative, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion choosing urethra vaporization electricity cut method and ultrasonic adsorption joint pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy technology quality of benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder calculi have the sure curative effect.
