目的：重点探索急性胃穿孔患者行不同手术方式治疗的有效性和安全性。方法挑选85例急性胃穿孔患者作为本次研究对象，43例观察组患者行单纯胃修补术，42例对照组患者行胃部分切除术，对比两种手术的效果。结果对照组的优良率仅达到71.43%，低于观察组的97.67%。观察组的康复速度比对照组快。结论胃单纯修补术应用于急性胃穿孔的疗效优于胃部分切除术。%Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of different operation methods for acute gastric perforation. Methods Chose 85 cases of acute gastric perforation patients as the object of study, 43 cases in the observation group underwent repair operation of gastric, 42 cases in the control group underwent partial gastrectomy, compared the effect of two kinds of operation. Results The excellent rate in the control group reached to 71.43%, signiifcantly lower than the observation group 97.67%. Rehabilitation rate in the observation group was significantly faster than control group. Conclusion The gastric simple repair has better effect than the stomach resection to treat acute gastric perforation.
