米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合清宫术治疗稽留流产的效果分析

摘要

目的：分析米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合清宫术治疗稽留流产的效果。方法选取2013年8月～2014年8月本院收治的稽留流产患者124例，按照不同治疗方法分为观察组与对照组，每组62例，记录并分析相关数据。结果观察组镇痛、宫颈软化及扩张程度有效率均高于对照组，且差异均具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合清宫术治疗稽留流产的效果显著。%Objective Analyze the clinical curative effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol and curettage in the treatment of missed abortion. Methods Selected 124 cases of patients with missed abortion admitted to our hospital from August 2013 to August 2014, according to the different treatment methods divided into observation group and control group, each group had 62 cases, recorded and analyzed relevant data. Results The degree of cervical softening and dilatation effective rate were significantly higher in observation group, and the differences were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol and curettage in the treatment of missed abortion is great.
