探讨在血常规检验中运用不同采血方法对于检验结果的影响

摘要

ObjectiveExplore the blood routine test using different blood sampling method in the impact on the test results. Methods In February 2012~March 2013 300 people in hospital medical examination were taken as the main objects of study, they were randomly divided into control and observation of two groups, control group was collected peripheral blood ifnger, observation group is collected venous blood, the blood routine test results of two groups were analyzed.Results Compared with control group, the observation group of HCT, WBC, Hb, RBC and PLT values were higher, obvious difference test results in the two groups, with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05).Conclusion Routine blood test results will change because of the different method of blood, the stability of the venous sampling inspection results than peripheral blood finger, so in the routine blood test, venous sampling method has high clinical value.%目的：探析血常规检验中运用不同采血方法对检验结果的影响。方法将2012年2月～2013年3月来院体检的300人作为主要研究对象，随机将其分为对照和观察两个小组，对照组采集手指末梢血，观察组则采集静脉血，对两组的血常规检验结果进行对比分析。结果相比较对照组而言，观察组的HCT、WBC、Hb、RBC以及PLT值均较高，两组检验结果差异明显，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论血常规检验结果会因为采血方法的不同而发生变化，静脉采血检验结果的稳定性要高于手指末梢血，所以在血常规检验中，静脉采血方法具有较高的临床价值。
