喹诺酮类抗菌药物对盆腔炎的治疗效果评价

摘要

目的：分析研究喹诺酮类抗菌药物对盆腔炎的治疗效果。方法对我院收治的100例盆腔炎患者进行分析研究，比较不同喹诺酮类抗菌药物的治疗效果。结果两组患者的治疗有效率、不良反应情况比较差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床采用喹诺酮类抗菌药物治疗盆腔炎，其中盐酸左氧氟沙星的治疗效果明显优于氧氟沙星，效果显著。%ObjectiveAnalysis of quinolone treatment for pelvic inlfammatory disease.Methods 100 cases of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were analyzed, the treatment effect was different among quinolone antibacterial drugs.ResultsThe two groups of patients had effectiveness in adverse reactions, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of quinolone treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease, including levofloxacin treatment is superior to olfoxacin.
