探讨护理干预在妊高症孕产妇中的应用效果

ObjectiveTo explore the nursing intervention effect of PIH pregnant women.Methods Randomly selected 80 PIH women from May 2013 to June 2014, as the object of investigation, and divided into observation group and control group, two groups of patients were under natural condition and there was no statistical difference,P>0.05, the control group according to the routine nursing care, observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on maternal care.Results The maternal during childbirth, preeclampsia incidence of observation group was obviously lower than the control group,P<0.05.ConclusionNursing intervention is helpful to improve the quality of maternal and neonatal survival.%目的：探究护理干预对妊高症孕妇的作用。方法随机选取我院2013年5月～2014年6月80名妊高症产妇作为调查对象，分为观察组和对照组各40人，两组患者均在自然状况下且不存在统计学差异， P＞0.05，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取综合性干预护理进行产妇照料。结果观察组孕产妇难产、先兆子痫等发生率明显低于对照组， P＜0.05。结论护理干预有助于提高孕产妇及新生儿生存质量，具有良好的临床效果。
