两种子宫切口应用于中央型前置胎盘的效果观察

摘要

ObjectiveTo observe the two uterine incision application effect of central type of placenta previa.Methods Chose 80 patients with central type of placenta previa in our hospital, divided into two groups, group patients with placenta margin incision cesarean section, the control line of lower uterine segment incision cesarean section, observed two groups of patients with intraoperative blood loss, the fetus and uterine recovery of patients.Results Two groups of patients were expeling the smoothly, no maternal and neonatal death, and the team in patients with intraoperative blood loss less than control group, compare the difference was statisticaly signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion The placental margin incision, intraoperative blood loss in patients is less than the lower uterine segment incision, placenta incision at the edge of the incision is a more ideal choice.%目的：观察两种子宫切口应用于中央型前置胎盘的效果。方法将我院收治的中央型前置胎盘患者80例平均分为两组，研究组患者行胎盘边缘切口剖宫产，对照组行子宫下段切口剖宫产，观察两组患者的术中出血量、胎儿情况和患者的子宫恢复情况。结果两组患者都已顺利娩出胎儿，无产妇和新生儿死亡案例，研究组患者的术中出血量比对照组少，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论行胎盘边缘切口，术中患者的出血量比子宫下段切口少，胎盘边缘切口是一种更理想的切口选择。
