探讨更昔洛韦联合皮质类固醇治疗角膜内皮炎的临床疗效

摘要

目的：分析更昔洛韦以及皮质类固醇联合治疗角膜内皮炎所取得的效果。方法随机抽取42例角膜内皮炎患者，按照每组21例划分为对照组和治疗组，对照组使用阿昔洛韦进行点眼治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用典必殊以及皮质类固醇。结果治疗组患者复发率为4.8%，显著低于对照组的33.3%。结论针对角膜内皮炎，应用昔洛韦以及皮质类固醇进行联合治疗可以促进临床疗效的提高。%ObjectiveAnalysis the effects of ganciclovir and corticosteroids in the treatment of corneal endotheliitis.Methods Randomly selected 42 cases of corneal endotheliitis patients, in accordance with 21 cases in each group, divided into the treatment group and the control group, the control group was using aciclovir eye treatment, the treatment group added allusions on the basis of Tobra Dex and corticosteroid.Results The recurrence rate in treatment group was 4.8%, signiifcantly lower than the control group of 33.3%. Conclusion For corneal endotheliitis, application of penciclovir and corticosteroid combined therapy can improve curative effect.
