目的：对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者应用临床护理路径后的并发症以及治疗依从性进行探讨。方法选择我院在2015年2月～2016年2月接收的75例胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象，按数字奇偶法，将其分为两组，对照组35例实施常规护理，研究组40例给予临床护理路径护理，观察两组患者术后并发症发生情况以及治疗依从性情况。结果研究组患者恶性呕吐、切口感染、腹痛腹胀、出血等并发症发生率为5.00%，低于对照组17.14%，而研究组患者护理后治疗依从性则为97.50%，优于对照组85.71%，组间数据对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者护理方法应用临床护理路径，不仅可降低并发症发生情况，提高治疗依从性。%Objective To investigate the complications and treatment compliance of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients after clinical nursing pathway. Methods In our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 received 75 cases of cholecystectomy patients as the research object, according to the number of parity were divided into 2 groups, 35 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care, patients in the study group, 40 cases were given clinical nursing pathway, and the treatment compliance of complications were observed in two groups. Results The study group of patients with malignant vomiting, wound infection, abdominal pain, hemorrhage and complication rate was 5.00%, signiifcantly lower than 17.14% in the control group, while the study group patients after treatment compliance was 97.50%, significantly better than the control group 85.71%, data comparison between groups, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical nursing path of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients nursing methods, not only can reduce the incidence of complications, improve treatment compliance.
