黄体穿刺治疗卵巢不完全扭转的护理分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the nursing of patients with incomplete ovarian torsion treated by corpus luteum puncture. Methods 14 cases of patients with incomplete ovarian torsion in our hospital were selected, patients were treated with luteal puncture , and were given quality care, nursing summary, to summarize nursing methods, and observed the effect of treatment and nursing. Results 14 cases of patients were cured by the corpus luteum treatment and quality care, follow-up after discharge, none of the patients had ovarian torsion again, of which 10 cases of successful delivery of healthy infants, 4 cases continue to receive infertility-related treatment. Conclusion Luteal puncture in the treatment of incomplete ovarian torsion is effective, combined with quality care in the treatment of patients to promote rehabilitation and improve the prognosis has a positive signiifcance.%目的：分析黄体穿刺治疗卵巢不完全扭转的护理。方法选择我院收治的卵巢不完全扭转患者14例，在阴道B超下对患者进行黄体穿刺治疗，并对其给予优质护理，总结护理方法，观察治疗和护理效果。结果14例患者经黄体穿刺治疗和优质护理后均治愈出院，出院后随访中，患者均未再次出现卵巢扭转，其中10例成功分娩健康婴儿，4例继续接受不孕症相关治疗。结论黄体穿刺治疗卵巢不完全扭转疗效确切，在治疗中结合优质护理对于促进患者康复和提高预后具有积极意义。
