形态学检查在血常规检验中的临床应用效果评价

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of morphological examination in blood routine examination. Methods In our hospital from February to October 2015, 1 000 cases of outpatient blood test retest specimens, the results are analyzed and summarized. Results The main criteria for the morphological and pathological changes of blood cells were the microscopic examination of blood cells. If the mirror inspection quality is higher, which can provide the corresponding scientiifc basis for clinical, contribute to the improvement of the correct rate of clinical diagnosis. Conclusion The blood test in the process of testing can only be used for blood cell analyzer, if the specimen is in conformity with the microscopic examination, the specimen shall be examined by microscope.%目的：分析形态学检查在血常规检验中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院于2015年2～10月门诊血常规检验1000个复检标本，对其结果进行分析以及总结。结果血细胞形态病理变化的主要判断标准为血细胞形态学镜检，如镜检质量较高，可为临床提供相应的科学依据，有助于临床诊断正确率的提升。结论血常规检验在检验的过程中只可以采用血细胞分析仪，如果符合镜检的标本应采用镜检。
