苯磺酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀对冠心病合并脑梗死的治疗效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨冠心病合并脑梗死采用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗的临床效果。方法按照随机数字表法，将102例冠心病合并脑梗死患者分为研究组（苯磺酸氨氯地平+阿托伐他汀）与对照组（苯磺酸氨氯地平）。对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组、对照组总有效率分别为96.1%、76.5%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组血脂水平差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论冠心病合并脑梗死患者采用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗的效果显著。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods According to the random number table method, 102 cases of coronary heart disease patients with cerebral infarction were divided into study group (amlodipine+atorvastatin) and control group (amlodipine amlodipine). Comparison of two groups of treatment effect.Results The total effective rate of the study group and the control group were 96.1% and 76.5% respectively, the difference was significant (P<0.05), after treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction patients with amlodipine combined with atorvastatin treatment effect is signiifcant.
