目的：分析在浆细胞性乳腺炎中行矾冰纳米乳治疗的应用价值。方法选取我院2015年2月～2016年2月收治的86例浆细胞性乳腺炎患者作为本次研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各43例，对照组行常规抗生素治疗，观察组行矾冰纳米乳治疗。两组均随访3个月后比较临床治疗总有效率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.3%，对照组为69.8%，观察组高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在浆细胞性乳腺炎患者中行矾冰纳米乳治疗，具有较高的临床疗效，是一种有效的治疗措施。%Objective To analyze the application value in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis in alum borneol nanoemulsion. MethodsIn our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016, 86 cases of plasma cell mastitis patients were treated as the research object, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 43 cases in each group. The control group received conventional antibiotic treatment, the observation group were treated with alum borneol nanoemulsion. The two groups were followed up for 3 months, the total effective rate was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.3%, the control group was 69.8%, the observation group was signiifcantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with plasma cell mastitis in alum borneol nanoemulsion treatment, clinical curative effect is high, it is a kind of effective treatment measures.
