探讨人性化护理干预措施对疝气术后患者的护理影响

摘要

目的：研究分析疝气手术后使用人性化护理干预的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年7月～2014年6月接受疝气手术治疗患者150例，将其分成研究组和对照组，每组均为75例。对照组采用常规护理，研究组采用人性化护理，对两组的临床护理效果进行对比分析。结果研究组患者的术后并发症发生率、伤口感染率、患者满意度等均优于对照组，两组对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论疝气手术患者术后接受人性化护理，能够缩短住院时间，提升患者的满意度，降低术后并发症发生率，效果显著。%Objective Study on the clinical effect of humanized nursing intervention analysis after hernia surgery.Methods In our hospital from July 2013 to June 2014, 150 patients who underwent hernia operation were divided into research group and control group, 75 cases in each group. The control group was used about routine nursing, the research group used humanistic nursing, the clinical nursing effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The incidence of postoperative complications, wound infection rate, and patient satisfaction were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant between two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionHumane care of patients accepted after hernia surgery, to shorten the length of stay, to enhance patient satisfaction, to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which has signiifcant effects.
