复发性脑梗死的二级预防现况调查分析

摘要

Objective To study the influencing factors of the two level prevention of recurrent cerebral infarction, and to study the influence factors of the two level of preventive measures.Methods 77 cases of recurrent cerebral infarction were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016. The data of clinical examination and treatment of two cases of patients with recurrent cerebral infarction were analyzed, and the influencing factors and current situation of the patients were analyzed. Results After sorting data, it can be known that the effect factors of two level of prevention of recurrent cerebral infarction were mainly related to the degree of cognition, adherence to treatment, and the first recurrence. Conclusion According to two level prevention of recurrent cerebral infarction disease, in order to achieve effective prevention effect, should allow patients to master the related knowledge and training and self care ability accordingly, avoid disease recurrence and late treatment time and quantity according to the prescribed medication, adhere to treatment, reduce the relapse rate.%目的：对复发性脑梗死的二级预防现状的影响因素研究，针对其规范二级预防措施。方法整理本院2015年1月～2016年6月收治的77例复发性脑梗死患者临床检查治疗、二级预防等资料，并针对其影响因素和现状分析。结果经整理资料可知，影响复发性脑梗死的二级预防效果因素主要在于对疾病认知程度、后期是否有坚持治疗、以及首次复发等有关。结论针对复发性脑梗死疾病的二级预防，为达到有效的预防效果，应当让患者掌握一定疾病相关知识，并培养相应的自我护理能力，避免疾病复发的同时后期治疗按时按量按照医嘱用药，坚持治疗、降低复发率。
