目的：观察全程预约服务在产前检查门诊中的应用效果。方法选取我院门诊进行产前检查的100例孕妇，按入院顺序分组，每组各50例。对照组常规门诊预约服务产前检查，观察组采用全程预约服务门诊产前检查，统计比较两组孕妇满意度、候诊时间、就诊时间以及投诉率。结果观察组对诊疗工作的满意度评分高于对照组，投诉率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组候诊时间、就诊时间均少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论全程预约服务在产前检查门诊中的应用效果显著，能提高产妇对诊疗满意度，缩短就诊时间，降低投诉率。%Objective To observe the application effect of the whole course booking service in the outpatient clinic.Methods 100 cases of pregnant women in our hospital were selected, according to the order of admission, 50 cases in each group. Control group use routine outpatient appointment service prenatal examination, the observation group use the full booking service outpatient prenatal examination, statistical comparison of two groups of pregnant women's satisfaction, waiting time, treatment time and the rate of complaints.Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the complaint rate was lowerthan that of the control group, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). The observation group waiting time and hospitalization time were less than control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of the whole course booking service in prenatal examination is significant, it can improve the satisfaction of the treatment of the pregnant women, shorten the treatment time, and reduce the rate of complaints.
