自制负压吸引装置结合不同滴注冲洗技术在深度压疮中的应用观察

摘要

Objective To observe the curative effect of self-made simple closed vacuum suction device combined with different drip irrigation technology in deep pressure ulcers.Methods 80 patients with deep pressure sore in our hospital from July 2014 to June 2015 were divided into a treatment group of 40 cases of patients, according to admission time sequence, and used the self-made closed suction device with 6 hours intermittent drip irrigation treatment, the control group of 40 cases, using self-made simple closed negative pressure combined with continuous drip irrigation treatment to attract device. Compared the incidence of drainage tube blockage and device replacement rate in the two groups of patients.Results The use of negative pressure suction device in the treatment group was signiifcantly less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). The average treatment group was treated with the growth of granulation (3.11 ± 0.25) weeks, and the control group was (3.97 ± 0.64) weeks, the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). The blocking rate of the treatment group was 30% (12/40), and the control group was 35% (14/40), and there was no signiifcant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion6 hours intermittent drip irrigation combined with suction technology can effectively improve the clinical effect on the treatment of deep pressure ulcers.%目的：观察自制简易封闭式负压吸引装置结合不同滴注冲洗技术在深度压疮中的疗效。方法选取我院2014年7月～2015年6月收治的深度压疮患者80例作为研究对象，按照入院时间顺序分成治疗组40例，采用自制简易封闭式负压吸引装置结合6小时间歇滴注冲洗治疗，对照组40例，采用我院自制简易封闭式负压吸引装置结合持续滴注冲洗治疗。对比两组患者治疗过程中引流管阻塞发生率及装置更换率。结果本次治疗中，治疗组使用负压吸引装置使用量少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组肉芽开始生长平均为（3.11±0.25）周，对照组为（3.97±0.64）周，治疗组明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组流管阻塞率为30.00%（12/40），对照组为35.00%（14/40），差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论6小时间歇滴冲洗结合吸引技术可有效提升临床对深度压疮治疗效果。
