下颌阻生智齿拔除术中根折危险因素分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the risk factors of root fracture in extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth.Methods From June 2014 to June 2016, 200 cases of patients with mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group. Among them, 40 cases of root fracture were set as observation group and 160 cases of non-root fracture were set as control group. The risk factors of root fracture were analyzed and integrated. Results A total of 200 cases of this study, root fracture in 40 cases, root fold rate of 20.00%.Conclusion BMI > 30, root bifurcation, root curvature, and Pell-Gregory type 2 are the independent risk factors for the extraction of mandibular third molar. In the removal of the implementation, we must take some measures to deal with, do a good job of preoperative preparation, thereby reducing the risk of radical surgery to ensure the safety of clinical treatment, making the quality of life of patients be protected.%目的：分析下颌阻生智齿拔除术中引发根折的危险因素。方法选取我院2014年6月～2016年6月200例采用下颌阻生智齿拔除术治疗的患者的临床资料，并将其随机分为对照组和观察组。其中，术中根折40例，设置为观察组；另外160例未根折的患者，设置为对照组，分析引发根折的风险因素，并将其加以整合。结果本次研究患者200例，根折40例，根折率为20.00%。结论体重指数＞30、牙根分叉、根弯、Pel-Gregory升支2类是引发下颌阻生智齿拔除根折的独立危险因素。在拔除术实行中，必须要采取一定的应对措施，作好充分的术前准备，从而降低术中根折的风险，确保临床治疗的安全，使得患者的生活质量得以保障。
