鼻内镜下中鼻道径路治疗上颌窦良性病变疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the curative effect of nasal endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of benign lesions of maxillary sinus, and to explore the related factors.Methods Endoscopic nasal meatus approach in surgical treatment of 32 cases of maxillary sinus benign lesions, including 19 cases of inverted papilloma, 8 cases of mycotic maxillary sinusitis, 5 cases of hemorrhagic and necrotic polyps, were treated and followed up for 3 to 12 months.Results 32 cases of benign lesions of the maxillary sinus were successfully resected, and 3 cases of inverted papilloma were followed up. The cure rate was 90.6% (29/32). Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of benign lesions of the maxillary sinus is accurate, clear vision, less bleeding, less damage, quick recovery and other advantages, postoperative regular nasal dressing can reducecomplications.%目的：观察鼻内镜下中鼻道径路治疗上颌窦良性病变的疗效，探讨影响手术效果的相关因素。方法鼻内镜下中鼻道径路手术治疗32例上颌窦良性病变，其中内翻性乳头状瘤19例，霉菌性上颌窦炎8例，出血坏死性息肉5例，观察治疗效果，并进行3~12个月的随访。结果32例上颌窦良性病变均成功切除，术后随访有3例内翻性乳头状瘤复发，治愈率90.6%（29/32）。结论鼻内镜下中鼻道径路治疗上颌窦良性病变疗效确切，有视野清楚、出血少、损伤轻、恢复快等优点，术后定期鼻腔换药可以减少并发症。
