Objective To observe the effect of two different blood purification methods on chronic renal failure patients with chronic renal failure by hemodialysis (HDF) and high flux hemodialysis (HFHD). Methods 120 uremic patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into HDF group and HFHD group. Before and after dialysis, the blood samples were collected from two groups of patients before and after dialysis, the levels of serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, serum uric acid, serum potassium, serum phosphorus, serum beta 2 micro albumin, parathyroid hormone and cysteine protease inhibitor were measured in groups.ResultsThe levels of serum beta 2 micro albumin, parathyroid hormone and cysteine protease inhibitor in HFHD group were lower than that in HDF group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe scavenging effect of HFHD on the middle and large molecules is better than HDF.%目的:观察血液透析滤过(HDF)和高通量血液透析(HFHD)两种不同的血液净化方式对慢性肾衰竭尿毒症患者体内毒素的清除效果。方法将120例慢性肾衰竭尿毒症患者随机分为HDF组与HFHD组。分别在透析前后对两组患者肘正中静脉采血,测定肌酐、尿素氮、血尿酸、血钾、血磷,血β2微球蛋白、甲状旁腺激素和半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂水平。结果 HFHD组透析后的血β2微球蛋白、甲状旁腺激素和半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂水平低于HDF组(P<0.05)。结论HFHD对中分子和大分子毒素的清除效果优于HDF。
