探析微创减压加打压植骨治疗股骨头坏死的临床应用

摘要

目的：分析微创减压加打压植骨治疗股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法研究对象选取本院2013年8月～2015年7月收治的46例股骨头坏死患者，均采用微创减压加打压植骨治疗，回顾性分析患者临床资料，探讨手术治疗效果。结果对患者进行1～3年的随访，患者髋关节评分得到较好的提升，且生活质量得到改善。结论微创减压加打压植骨治疗股骨头坏死的疗效可靠，在早期患者中具有较高的价值。%Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive decompression and suppress graft treatment of femoral head necrosis. Methods 46 cases of femoral head necrosis patients studied were selected in the hospital from August 2013 to July 2015, were used in minimally invasive decompression plus bone grafting treatment, retrospective analysis of clinical data, explore the surgical treatment.ResultsPatients were follow-up for 1 to 3 years, patients get better hip score improved, and the quality of life improved. Conclusion Minimally invasive decompression plus bone grafting treatment of femoral head necrosis effective and reliable, has high value in early stage patients.
