The present invention relates to a screw reducer for minimal invasive surgery and a minimal invasive surgery apparatus using the same. The screw reducer according to the present invention includes: a corrector forming an arc shape corresponding to the radius of a lordosis by lifting (reducing) a screw positioned at a height deviating from the radius of the lordosis formed by a lumbar portion of a surgery target; a holder unit including a holder body coupled with an upper end portion of an attachment and detachment portion such that the attachment and detachment portion is pivotable, and an alignment nut coupled with a screw thread formed in an upper portion of the holder body, wherein the attachment and detachment portion has two penetrated ends and is coupled with the head portion coupled with an upper end portion of the screw; and an alignment unit placing an upper portion of the holder unit on a straight line by simultaneously clamping the upper portion of each holder body coupled with each of a plurality of the head portions. According to the present invention, the screw positioned at the height deviating from the radius of the lordosis formed by the lumbar portion of the surgery targets vertebrae is lifted (reduced) so that rod insertion can be performed well before rod insertion, which contributes to the creation of an appropriate lordosis radius.
