加强生化检验全程中质量控制管理的措施

摘要

Objective To study the measures of strengthening the management of quality control in the whole course of biochemical test. Methods A total of 216 cases of specimens with biochemical tests in the hospital were chosen as the research object from June 2015 to June 2016, according to the biochemical test were divided into test group and normal group, normal group (from June to December 2015) 108 cases of conventional quality control management, test group (from January to June 2016) 108 cases were treated with total quality control management the effect of quality management, comparison of two groups.Results In the experimental group before analysis to help physicians choose test items and fill in the application form, and strengthen the specimen collection, specimen preservation, specimen transport in the process of management, and constantly improve the quality management measures, pay attention to after the biochemical test and analysis management, through these management measures, test management is better than the ordinary group experimental group, with statistical significance the difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthen the whole process of biochemical test quality control management measures, can effectively improve the biochemical test quality, provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment, can better serve the patient's treatment.%目的：分析加强生化检验全程中质量控制管理的措施。方法选取2015年6月～2016年6月在本医院进行生化检验的216例标本作为本次研究对象，按照生化检验的先后顺序分为试验组和普通组，普通组（2015年6～12月）108例进行常规的质量控制管理，试验组（2016年1～6月）108例给予全程质量控制管理，比对两组的质量管理效果。结果试验组在分析前帮助医师选择检验项目并填写好申请书，并加强标本的采集、标本保存、标本运送过程中的管理，不断完善质量管理措施，重视生化检验分析之后的管理，通过这些管理措施，试验组的管理效果优于普通组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论加强生化检验全程中质量控制管理的措施，能够有效提高生化检验质量，为临床诊治提供可靠依据，能够更好服务患者的治疗。
