组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的临床分析

摘要

Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of combined treatment of the upper urinary tract calculi with the combination of lfexible and holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods 44 patients with upper urinary tractcalculi were selected to observe the effect of the combined treatment of the combination of lfexible and holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of ureteral calculi.ResultsAll the patients in a mirror, the one-time success rate is 93.18% (41/44), one-time stone clearance rate was 88.64% (39/44), gravel time ranged 40~150 min, the average hospitalization time (5.6±1.4) d, of which 4 cases of fever, hematuria, recovered after treatment, no other serious adverse reactions and complications.Conclusion Combination of lfexible and holmium laser lithotripsy treatment of upper urinary tract calculi in the clinical curative effect is more obvious, easy to operate simple.%目的：分析和研究组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的临床效果。方法选取44例上尿路结石患者，观察其接受组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石术治疗后的效果。结果所有患者手术一次性进镜成功率为93.18%（41/44），一次性碎石清除率88.64%（39/44），碎石时间40～150 min，患者平均住院时间（5.6±1.4）d，其中4例患者出现发热、血尿等情况，治疗后痊愈，并未出现其他严重的不良反应和并发症情况。结论组合式输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的临床疗效比较明显，操作方便简单。
