预见性护理在脑出血急性期中的应用

摘要

目的：分析在脑出血急性期患者干预中应用预见性护理的有效性。方法以70例于2014年1月1日～2016年6月30日入我院的脑出血患者作为研究对象，随机分组，治疗组35例在预见性护理程序下实施护理，而对照组35例在常规程序下实施护理，对比两组满意率以及并发症发生情况。结果治疗组并发症发生率为5.71%，对照组为28.57%（P＜0.05）。结论在预见性护理程序指导下对处于急性期的脑出血患者进行干预，可达到理想的效果。%Objective To analysis the application of predictive validity of the nursing process in the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 70 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage were chosen as object from January 1, 2014 to June 30, 2016 in our hospital and randomly grouped, the treatment group of 35 cases were given foreseeable nursing procedures under the implementation of care, while the control group of 35 cases were given routine procedures, the satisfaction rate and the occurrence of complications in two group were compared.Results The complication rate was 5.71% in the treatment group and 28.57% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of predictive nursing procedure, the intervention of the patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the acute stage can reach the ideal effect.
