目的：分析腹腔镜与传统开腹直肠癌手术临床疗效。方法选取88例直肠癌患者，随机分为对照组（44例）与治疗组（44例），对照组采取传统开腹手术，治疗组采取腹腔镜手术，对比两组疗效。结果治疗组手术时间、术中出血量、淋巴结清除数量、住院时间优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗组总有效率为90.91%，对照组为75.00%，治疗组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗组并发症发生率为4.55%，对照组为20.45%，治疗组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜直肠癌手术创伤小，并发症少，患者术后恢复快。%Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopic and traditional open surgery for rectal cancer.Methods 88 cases of colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into control group (44 cases) and treatment group (44 cases), the control group adopted the traditional open surgery, the treatment group adopted laparoscopic surgery, two groups of curative effect were compared.Results The operation time, amount of bleeding, the number of lymph nodes, the hospitalization time in the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.91%, 75.00% in the control group, the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications was 4.55% in treatment group, 20.45% in the control group, the treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery is minimally invasive, less complications, and can get rapid recovery after surgery.
