左氧氟沙星注射液所致不良反应临床分析

摘要

目的：探析临床治疗中因左氧氟沙星而导致的不良反应发生情况。方法选取本院2013年11月~2015年11月所收治的142例因注射左氧氟沙星而出现不良反应的患者作为研究对象，观察其治疗后所出现的不良反应类型及时间规律。结果在诸多不良反应类型中，尤以消化系统及皮肤组织的不良反应最多，时间分布以30~60 min及60 min~24 h为主。结论左氧氟沙星所引发的不良反应主要集中于消化系统及皮肤组织，并且与用药时间有着密切联系。%Objective To explore the incidence of adverse reactions caused by levofloxacin in clinical treatment.Methods Selected from November 2013 to November 2015, in our hospital 142 cases of patients with adverse reactions due to injection of levolfoxacin as the research object, the types of adverse reactions and the time of the treatment were observed.Results Among the various types of adverse reactions, the most adverse reactions were the digestive system and skin tissue, and the time distribution was 30 to 60 minutes and 60 minutes to 24 hours.Conclusion The adverse reactions caused by levolfoxacin were mainly concentrated in the digestive system and skin tissue, and had a close relationship with the time of drug use.
