微创截骨治疗踇外翻合并小趾内翻畸形的体会

摘要

Objective To understand the clinical treatment of hallux valgus correction with toe varus osteotomy were minimally invasive.Methods The use of minimally invasive osteotomy for hallux valgus toe with varus deformity in 40 cases (62 feet). Results The operation time was 40~70 min, the average time (32.5±2.1) min, and the postoperative follow-up was 6~24 months. Reference evaluation criteria: excellent 57 feet, good 4 feet, poor 1 feet. The excellent and good rate was 98%.Conclusion Minimally invasive osteotomy for treatment of hallux valgus and varus toe has the advantages of less trauma, short operation time, quick recovery and satisfactory correction, with good clinical efifcacy.%目的：观察微创截骨矫正术治疗踇外翻合并小趾内翻畸形的临床体会。方法采用微创截骨矫正术治疗踇外翻合并小趾内翻畸形40例（62足）。结果本组手术时间40～70 min，平均时间（32.5±2.1） min，术后随访6～24个月。参照评定标准：优57足，良4足，差1足。优良率为98%。结论微创截骨矫正术治疗踇外翻合并小趾内翻具有损伤小、手术时间短、恢复快、矫形满意等优点，具有较好的临床疗效。
