目的：分析舒适护理模式在小儿喘息性支气管炎急诊护理中的应用效果。方法将我院收治已确诊小儿喘息性支气管炎患儿50为研究对象，按照随机数字法将其分为实验组和对照组各25例，对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施舒适护理，比较两组患儿的临床效果以及满意度。结果实验组的总有效率以及满意率均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对喘息性支气管炎患儿实施舒适护理，增加患者满意度，能够提高患儿的治疗效果。%Objective Analysis of comfortable nursing mode in pediatric asthmatic bronchitis in emergency nursing application effect.Methods 50 cases of diagnosed pediatric asthmatic bronchitis children were chosen as the research object our hospital, according to the random number will be divided into experimental group and control group, each group had 25 cases, control group was given routine nursing, the experimental group received comfort nursing, children in the two groups were compared the clinical outcome and satisfaction.Results In the experimental group, the total efficiency and satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Implement comfortable nursing to children with asthmatic bronchitis, increase patients' satisfaction, to improve the treatment effect of children.
