舌下免疫治疗对变应性鼻炎患者血清IL-17、IL-21及BATF表达的影响

摘要

目的：研究舌下免疫治疗对变应性鼻炎患者血清白细胞介素17（IL-17）、白细胞介素21（IL-21）及B细胞活化转录因子（BATF）表达的影响。方法选取我院2012年1月～2014年5月58例AR患者为研究对象，将患者随机分别为观察组和对照组，每组29例，观察组采用舌下含服免疫治疗，对照组采用皮下注射免疫治疗，比较两组的IL-17、IL-21及BATF表达。结果观察组治疗后的IL-17、IL-21、BATF 表达分别为（19.65±4.23）pg/ml、（74.19±22.08） pg/ml、（1.13±0.45）低于对照组的（29.14±5.36）pg/ml、（86.52±24.43） pg/ml、（1.95±0.72），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论舌下免疫治疗变应性鼻炎，可以作用于BATF环节，减少IL-17、IL-21等炎症介质的产生，改善患者的过敏症状。%Objective To study the effect of sublingual immunotherapy on serum interleukin 17 (IL-17), interleukin 21 (IL-21) and B cell activating transcription factor (BATF) expression in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods 58 cases of AR patients in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2014 were selected as research objects and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (29 cases in each group), the observation group received sublingual immunotherapy, the control group received hypodermic injection immunotherapy, IL-17, IL-21 and BATF expression in the two groups were compared.Results IL-17, IL-21, BATF expression in the observation group after the treatment were (19.65±4.23) pg/ml, (74.19±22.08)pg/ml, (1.13±0.45) respectively, which were signiifcantly lower than the control group [(29.14±5.36)pg/ml, (86.52±24.43)pg/ml, (1.95±0.72)], the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion Sublingual immunotherapy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can be applied to BATF segment, reduce the production of IL-17, IL-21 and other inlfammatory mediators, improve allergic symptoms of patients.
