目的：探究双侧钢板固定术治疗SchatzkerV、VI型胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2006年1月～2015年1月收治的40例SchatzkerV、VI型胫骨平台骨折患者进行本次研究。采用抽签随机分组的方式将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组20例患者。对照组患者采用单侧钢板固定术进行治疗，观察组患者采用双侧钢板固定术进行治疗。治疗后，对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间以及住院时间。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组的治疗总有效率（观察组95.00%，对照组70.00%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）并且观察组除手术时间外，术中出血量、住院时间以及骨折愈合时间均优于对照组的手术时间以及骨折愈合时间，观察组和对照组之间产生的数据差异较大，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论双侧钢板固定术治疗SchatzkerV、VI型胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效显著。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of bilateral plate ifxation for the treatment of SchatzkerV and VI type tibial plateau fractures. Methods40 cases of SchatzkerV and VI type tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital from January 2006 to January 2015 were selected for this study. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 20 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with unilateral plate fixation, and the patients in the observation group were treated with bilateral plate ifxation. After treatment, the total effective rate, operation time, blood loss, fracture healing time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group of patients with treatment the total efficiency was signiifcantly higher than that of control group in the treatment of total efficiency (observation group 95.00%, the control group was 70.00% (P<0.05)and observe group except the operation time, intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization time and fracture healing time were better than control group at the time of surgery and fracture healing time, observation group and control group differences of data generated larger,P<0.05, with statistical signiifcance.Conclusion Bilateral plate ifxation for the treatment of SchatzkerV, VI type of tibial plateau fracture clinical curative effect is remarkable.
