舒适护理在外科护理中的应用效果

摘要

Objective To discuss the application effect of comfortable nursing care in the surgical nursing.Methods300 cases of surgical patients were randomly divided into control group and study group, 150 cases in each group, control group was treated with routine nursing, study group received comfort nursing care on the basis of control group. The pain score, psychological state and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The pain score of patients in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group, while the psychological state was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of study group was (91.23±3.15) points, and the control group was (71.62±3.58) points, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).ConclusionFor surgical patients to implement comfortable nursing can effectively reduce the pain, improve the psychological state and nursing satisfaction.%目的：探讨舒适护理在外科护理中的应用效果。方法300例外科手术患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组各150例，对照组采用常规护理，研究组在对照组的基础上实施舒适护理，对比两组患者的疼痛评分、心理状态评分及护理满意度。结果研究组的疼痛显著轻于对照组，心理状态显著优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组满意度评分为（91.23±3.15）分，对照组满意度评分为（71.62±3.58）分，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对外科手术患者实施舒适护理能有效的减轻患者的疼痛，改善其心理状态，提高护理满意度。
