电针治疗假性延髓麻痹所致言语及吞咽障碍疗效的临床观察

摘要

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture in the treatment of speech and swallowing disorders caused by pseudo medulla palsy.Methods50 cases of patients with pseudo medulla palsy were selected from our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015, 50 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. To carry out routine acupuncture therapy (control group),and on the basis of the treatment(observation group).The swallowing and speech function scores of two groups were compared.ResultsThe swallowing and speech function scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture treatment can effectively improve the speech and swallowing function of patients with pseudo medulla palsy.%目的：研究电针治疗假性延髓麻痹所致言语及吞咽障碍的疗效。方法本次研究选取的研究对象为2014年7月～2015年7月在我院进行治疗的假性延髓麻痹患者,将50例患者简单随机分为两组，25例假性延髓麻痹患者为一组。其中，一组患者实施常规针刺治疗（对照组）,另一组在其基础上采用电针治疗（观察组）。对比两组假性延髓麻痹患者的吞咽和言语功能评分。结果观察组假性延髓麻痹患者的吞咽和言语功能评分高于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论假性延髓麻痹患者使用电针治疗能有效改善患者的言语及吞咽功能。
