自拟柴芍益胃汤对老年消化性溃疡的治疗价值探讨

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made wood Shaoyi Stomach Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with peptic ulcer.Methods Decimation of peptic ulcer in the elderly patients with 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups, control group (60 cases) was given conventional treatment, observation group (60 cases) add self-made wood Shaoyi Decoction in the treatment of gastric. Determination of two groups of treatment effect and the function of digestive system.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 95%, higher than that of the control group 80%, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Observation group after treatment of digestive system disease function recovery score (124.5±12.6), control group (111.4±9.8), the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made wood shaoyi stomach soup can effectively improve clinical effect of peptic ulcer in the elderly patients, improve patient treatment of digestive system function recovery.%目的：探讨自拟柴芍益胃汤治疗老年消化性溃疡患者的临床效果。方法抽选老年消化性溃疡患者120例并随机分为两组，对照组（60例）给予常规治疗，观察组（60例）添加自拟柴芍益胃汤治疗，测定两组患者治疗效果及消化系统功能。结果观察组患者治疗有效率95.0%，高于对照组80.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后消化系统疾病功能恢复评分（124.5±12.6）分、对照组（111.4±9.8）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论自拟柴芍益胃汤能有效提升老年消化性溃疡患者的临床效果，提升患者治疗后消化系统功能恢复情况。
