左旋甲状腺素治疗单纯性甲状腺肿的临床效果观察

摘要

目的：对左旋甲状腺素治疗单纯性甲状腺肿临床效果的分析与探究。方法从我院2014年7月～2015年8月所收治的单纯性甲状腺肿患者中抽选70例患者参与研究，随机分为对照组（35例）和实验组（35例），对照组患者采用甲状腺素治疗法，实验组采用左旋甲状腺素治疗法，观察治疗结果，进行对比分析。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为97.1%，对照组患者的治疗总有效率为77.1%。两组比较，实验组治疗总有效率优于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对患有单纯性甲状腺肿的患者来说，采用左旋甲状腺素治疗法可以显著提高疗效。%Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effect of the treatment of simple goiter. Methods 70 patients with simple goiter patients were selected to participate in the study in my hospital from July 2014 to August 2015, were randomly divided to control group (35 cases) and experimental group (35 cases) and the control group were treated with thyroxine therapy, the experimental group with levothyroxine therapy, to observe the treatment result, carries on the contrast analysis.ResultsThe therapy in the treatment group total effective rate was 97.1%, control group of patients with treatment the total efifciency was 77.1%. The two groups are compared, the experimental group treatment efficiency is obviously superior to the control group, the difference between the two groups with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05).ConclusionFor the patients with simple goiter by brotherliness therapy can signiifcantly improve the curative effect.
