目的：观察半夏泻心汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法选取2015年6月1日～2016年5月31日我院收治的胆汁反流性胃炎患者90例，随机分为对照组和治疗组各45例。分别予以常规西药和半夏泻心汤治疗，观察两组疗效和症状缓解情况。结果经治疗对照组45例患者，临床控制为7例，显效为11例，有效为15例，总有效率为73.33%（33/45）。治疗组45例患者临床控制为13例患者为临床控制，21例患者为显效，9例患者为有效，总有效率为95.56%（43/45）。治疗组总有效率优于对照组，有较好疗效（χ2=14.083，P＜0.05）。结论半夏泻心汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎能获得较好疗效。%Objective Efficacy banxiaxiexin decoction treating bile reflux gastritis, analyze its clinical value.Methods From June 1, 2015 to May 31, 2016, 90 cases of patients with bile reflux gastritis were chosen in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group 45 cases each.
