摘要

目的：探讨护理人员的心理资本情况及其影响因素。方法选用一般资料问卷调查方式对本院的360例护理人员实行问卷调查。结果护理人员心理资本的分数情况为（87.18±12.19）分，经过进行回归分析表明，工作科室、职务以及护理相关课程会对护理人员的心理资本情况产生影响。结论应针对不同护理人员的特点而对其进行适宜的心理资本培训，进而激发出其工作的潜力，提高心理素质。%Objective To explore the psychological capital and its influencing factors of nursing staff.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out on 360 nurses in our hospital by means of general data questionnaire.Results Scores of nursing personnel's psychological capital as (87.18±12.19), through regression analysis showed, working department, post and nursing related courses will influence of nursing staff of psychological capital.Conclusion According to the characteristics of different nursing staff to carry out appropriate psychological capital training, and further stimulate the potential of their work, improve the psychological quality.
