目的：观察硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效。方法将42例糖尿病肾病随机分治疗组和对照组，每组21例患者，对照组给予内科常规治疗，治疗组给予硫辛酸联合前列地尔静脉滴注治疗，治疗15 d，观察两组患者治疗效果。结果经治疗后，治疗组患者空腹血糖、24 h尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮及肌酐明显降低，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病有较好的疗效。%Objective To observe clinical effect of lipoic acid combined with alprostadil in treating diabetic nephropathy. Methods 42 cases of diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group was given by routine treatment, treatment group was given by lipoic acid combined with prostaglandin E1 intravenous infusion in the treatment, 15 days of treatment, the curative effect of two groups of patients was observed. Results After treatment, fasting blood glucose, 24 h urinary protein, blood urea nitrogen and creatinine in the treatment group were signiifcantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The results of lipoic acid combined with alprostadil in treating diabetic nephropathy is effective.
