集束化管理在中心静脉留置导管患者中感染的护理干预

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of cluster management on the ICU central venous catheter related bloodstream infection in our hospital, and to summarize the effective nursing measures. Methods Selected from June 2015 to May 2016 in ICU central venous catheter intervention in patients with, the implementation of ICU CVC cluster management model, and compare the ICU of CVC cluster management mode was applied before and after local skin reactions occur rate, central venous catheter-related bloodstream infection rate. Results The incidence of CVC infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cluster nursing management can effectively reduce the incidence of CVC infection in ICU patients.%目的：探讨集束化管理对于我院 ICU 中心静脉导管相关性血流感染的干预效果，总结有效的护理措施。方法选取2015年6月~2016年5月 ICU 中心静脉置管的患者进行干预，实施 ICU 的 CVC 集束化管理模式，比较 ICU 的 CVC 集束化管理模式应用前后局部皮肤反应发生率、中心静脉导管相关性血流感染率。结果观察组患者 CVC 感染发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论集束化护理管理能有效减少 ICU 患者发生 CVC 感染。
