超声引导下经皮激光联合无水乙醇消融在肝癌门静脉癌栓治疗的研究

Objective To evaluate percutaneous via hepatic vein puncture laser in combination with anhydrous ethanol ablation efficacy and safety of portal venous tumor emboli in liver cancer treatment. Methods 26 cases of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and portal venous tumor emboli suffer by the hepatic portal vein puncture laser with anhydrous ethanol ablation therapy, dynamic monitoring in patients with postoperative tumor emboli in the portal vein blood lfow, Child-pugh, ECOG changes. Results 26 patients with portal venous tumor emboli line combination therapy after 3 days exceed review color blood lfow signals are observed, after surgery, liver function and clinical symptoms were different degrees of improvement. Conclusion Ultrasound guided percutaneous laser ablation combined with percutaneous ethanol ablation in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus is a new effective method for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus.%目的：探讨经皮经肝门静脉穿刺激光联合无水乙醇消融在肝癌门静脉癌栓治疗的安全性及有效性。方法对26例肝癌并门静脉癌栓患者行经皮经肝门静脉穿刺激光联合无水乙醇消融治疗，动态监测患者术后的癌栓处门静脉血流、Child-pugh、ECOG的变化。结果26例门静脉癌栓患者行联合治疗后3天彩超复查均观察到彩色血流信号，术后，患者肝功能、临床症状均得到不同程度的改善。结论超声引导下经皮激光联合无水乙醇消融在肝癌门静脉癌栓治疗肝细胞癌门静脉癌栓是一种疗效可靠、技术安全的新方法。
