Objective To compare efficacy between immediate implantation method with the conventional method of planting on dental restorative. Methods Selected 64 patients with missing teeth patients in our hospital department of stomatology from May 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (immediate implant method) and the control group (conventional cultivation method), 32 cases in each. Clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results ISQ value of two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Adverse reaction incidence rates of the observation group was lower than the control group (6.25%<12.50%), but no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Immediate implantation is a safe and effective method for dental restoration, which can effectively improve the oral function and aesthetics, and has high clinical application value.%目的：比较即刻种植法和常规种植法对牙齿修复的效果。方法选取我院口腔科2014年5月～2015年5月收治的64例牙齿缺失患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组（即刻种植法）和对照组（常规种植法）各32例，对比两组患者的牙齿修复效果。结果两组患者的种植体 ISQ 值对比差异不大（P ＞0.05），观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组（6.25%＜12.50%），但是两组对比无显著差异（P ＞0.05）。结论即刻种植法是一种安全、有效的牙齿修复办法，能够有效改善口腔功能和美观性，具有很高的临床应用价值。
