支撑喉镜与电子喉镜下声带息肉手术治疗的效果分析

摘要

目的：对比支撑喉镜与电子喉镜下声带息肉手术治疗效果。方法选我院2013年2月～2015年12月声带息肉患者116例，分为对照组与观察组，前者电子喉镜治疗，后者支撑喉镜治疗，对比治疗效果。结果观察组广基息肉治疗总有效率54.2%显著高于对照组28.6%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论支撑喉镜治疗广基息肉，电子喉镜治疗带蒂息肉，选择得当都可提高治疗效果。%Objective Bycontrast laryngoscope and electronic laryngoscope vocal cord polyp surgery effects. Methods In our hospital in February 2013~December 2015 116 cases of vocal cord polyp patients were divided into control group and observation group, the former electronic laryngoscope treatment, the observation group was given the supporting suspension, compared to the therapeutic effect. Results Sessile polyp treatment observation group total effective rate of 54.2% was significantly higher than 28.6% (P<0.05).Conclusion Laryngoscope treatment sessile polyps, pedunculated polyps electronic laryngoscope treatment, the right choices can improve the therapeutic effect.
